Shipping Policy


We aim for same day shipping on all orders!  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We Ship our orders via UPS and with our own TKC Shipping Trucks
Unless we are asked to use a specific package/freight carrier, we generally use UPS Ground.  We have four UPS to be the most reliable, and in a majority of cases, the lowest cost. 

Damages, Lost or Late Shipments
Packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us promptly at or call 1.800.866.3331 regarding any damaged or lost shipment. TKC Suppy and American Institutional Supply is not responsible for packages lost in shipment, we are happy to assist in resolving any matters between our customers and shipping carrier. 

Back Ordered Items
Please allow up to 10 days for shipment of temporarily out-of-stock or special request items. Back ordered items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer at no extra cost to you.

International Shipping
Shipments to International addresses are welcome. Clients pay the exact cost of shipping, additional charges may be added. Orders of $200.00US or more, must be shipped via UPS World Wide Express to addresses outside of North America. When ordering on-line, our website may apply an average shipping cost for the method chosen. We will adjust the cost before the credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. All products are designed for use in the United States. It is the responsibility of the consumer to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some shipping carriers will charge a brokerage fee for international shipments, this is not a fee added from our company, but a fee one must pay according to local laws - please check with your local shipping carrier for more detailed brokerage fee information.
